About Christa Lynn Gray

An accomplished medical professional, Dr. Christa Lynn Gray brings more than two decades of diverse experience to her work as an anesthesiologist. To prepare for her career, she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Santa Clara University and a medical degree at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) College of Medicine. Dr. Christa Lynn Gray completed her postdoctoral training in internal medicine and anesthesiology at the UCI Medical Center, the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Long Beach, California, and the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center (UCLA Health).

Most recently, Dr. Gray served as a staff anesthesiologist with Centinela Medical Center in Los Angeles. Prior to completing her medical training, she served as a research associate in molecular biology with organizations such as Genentech and Sandoz. She also spent a year as a researcher at UCI through a National Institutes of Health fellowship.

An accomplished researcher, Dr. Gray has served as lead author and co-author for numerous articles published in journals such as Nature and Science. A member of professional organizations such the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Medical Academy, she has been board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology since 2005.
